The Islamic State (sources of income..)

Filed under: Uncategorized — anaspauzi @ 10:53 am

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah,

Alhamdulillah, praise be to Allah, the Most Gracious n Merciful. N peace and blessings be to the Prophet Sallahua’laihi Wassalam, his companions and those who follows his footsteps

Lately, I’ve been researching on the uniqueness and greatness of the islamic state. This state is a very strange state if we compare with the situation that we are living today, as if it does not seem to logical if we think from our brains and for the state to exist, it looks to be very far. All we can see today are the sad and awful state confronting the  ummah.

But verily, as muslim, we need to have faith in the victory of islam. Surely, the victory always awaits, either with the beautiful and astonishing Islamic State in this World or the Great Gardens of Allah in the Hereafter.

Here’s some of the translation of  the verses of Al-Quran that says about of the victory if Islam…

“And We have already written in the book (of Psalms, the scriptures) after
the (previous) mention (Torah) that the land is inherited by My righteous
servants.” (al-Anbiyaa’: 105)

The earth belongs to Allah and He will inherit it to whomever He wills of
His servants but eventually the earth will be inherited by the Muttaqeen
(pious). (al-‘Araaf: 128)

They want to extinguish Allah’s Light with their mouths, but Allah will not
allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the Kafiroon
(disbelievers) hate it. (at-Taubah: 32)

There’s too many great criteria of a muslim state, here, I’m going to state one of them, and hope all of us could give some thought on it…..

The Islamic state is unique in history, it is the only state that did not tax its population

Rasulullah Sallahu’laihiwassalam said

‘Taxes is haram and the one who deals in any job related to taxes is cursed”

Where is the source of  income for an islamic state?

Is The Islamic State present today?

  1. hadis rasulullah yg kata taxes is haram tu sahih eh?

    • cem! 😀

mmmm, bahaya jugak tulis2 macam nih yek…btw, aku pun x jumpe hadis ni, just jumpe dlm buku anwar al awlaki.. n pasal cukai tu actually memang ada pungutan duit(zakat, kharaaj(cukai tanah)….) tapi ia beza dengan cukai2 sbb cara penggunaannya….rakyat x dibebankan dengan cukai sepert zaman sekarang dan akan digunakan untuk kebaikkan rakyat…kerajaan atau (pegawai2 kerajaan) were held to a high standard of honesty and accountability ..btw, kebanyakkan negara islam zaman lampau memang x kutip cukai sebab duit dari ghanimah n fai dah cukup untuk tanggung semua perbelanjaan negara
